Transparency First

Professional Fee Structure

Flat percentage of Total Actual Event Expenditure — full transparency with no hidden markups or commissions across venue, F&B, decor, entertainment, hospitality, and logistics.

01

How the Fee Works

  • Calculated on gross committed/paid amounts — inclusive of taxes/service charges where applicable.
  • No fee-on-fee — our percentage is separate from the base expenditure.
  • Exclusive of GST (18% applicable).
02

Dynamic Adjustment

  • Fee scales proportionally with the actual event expenditure:
    • If actual expenditure increases (e.g., premium upgrades, added events/guests) — fee increases accordingly.
    • If actual expenditure decreases (e.g., optimizations, scaled-down elements) — fee decreases accordingly.
03

Pre-Event Reconciliation

  • Full breakdown shared 15+ days before the event.
  • Final balance settled before the celebration starts — additional payment if up; refund/credit if down.
  • One transparent ledger — every line traceable, every figure reconciled.
